Encountering the Japanese Weird through Lafcadio Hearn's Kwaidan
in the 2023 Spring Showcase.
In this capsule there will be ghosts and strange creatures... Robert and I will introduce our module Encountering the Japanese Weird through Lafcadio Hearn's Kwaidan. Lafcadio Hearn's recompilation of stories brought the Japanese weird to the West and immortalized these creatures who still lurk in Japanese villages, temples, and forest.
