In this capsule, we will take a brief, but deep dive into the fascinating development of Vienna and Märzen lager beers, which were both unveiled in 1841 by friends and collaborators, Anton Dreher and Gabriel Sedlmayr. This story has it all: new, disruptive technologies, corporate espionage, Old World politics, products enjoyed around the world to this day, and so much more!
