Ranger Moot 2024 Registration

September 20–22, 2024 • Loveland, OH
Signum University and the Mythgard Institute invite you to join us Friday to Sunday, September 20-22, 2024, for Ranger Moot 2024. This unique, outdoor, hybrid event will take place at Camp Friedlander in Loveland, OH.

Unlike our other Regional Moots, we are not offering a theme for this particular Moot, other than to bring your love of J.R.R. Tolkien to the Great Outdoors!

This event is primarily outdoors – please be prepared to be outside in the elements, away from Wi-Fi, and know that events may be separated by a distance that will need to be covered with your own two feet. All buildings are wheelchair accessible, and handicapped parking is available but limited.

We will be having hybrid discussions of the texts related to the re-enactments during the weekend. We will also be offering open Tolkien discussions for remote attendees to participate in. While we will do everything we can to integrate our remote attendees into the camp activities, please note that activities will be taking place at the camp that remote attendees will be unable to participate in. There are also places on the campsite where Wi-Fi does not exist and will be inaccessible to remote attendees. We will mark those activities on the published schedule so remote attendees will be made aware ahead of time.

If you have any Ranger Moot questions, please reach out to [email protected], and we’ll be happy to answer them!
